Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Atchison Business Solutions, Corp, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our coaching services.

2. Business Owners Coaching Program

Initial Consultation

The initial discovery call is complimentary and can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 2 hours notice.

Coaching Package Refunds

  • Before First Session: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
  • After First Session: Refund for unused sessions minus completed session fees and a $100 administrative fee
  • After 50% Completion: No refunds available

Session Cancellations

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Session can be rescheduled at no charge
  • Less than 24 Hours: Session is forfeited and charged at full rate ($325)
  • No-Show: Full session fee applies with no makeup session
  • Emergency Situations: Considered on a case-by-case basis

3. Strategic Leadership Programs

Program Cancellations

  • 30+ Days Before Start: Full refund minus $250 administrative fee
  • 15-29 Days Before Start: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 Days: No refund, but program can be rescheduled once within 6 months
  • After Program Begins: No refunds for any portion of the program

Rescheduling

Strategic Leadership Programs can be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 30 days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $500 fee.

4. Keynote Speaking Engagements

Booking Cancellations

  • 60+ Days Before Event: Full refund of deposit
  • 30-59 Days Before Event: 50% refund of total fee
  • Less than 30 Days: No refund

Rescheduling

Keynote engagements can be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 60 days in advance, subject to speaker availability.

5. Payment Plans and Financing

Clients on payment plans who wish to cancel must:

  • Provide written notice of cancellation
  • Pay all outstanding balances for completed sessions
  • Forfeit any prepaid amounts for future sessions if cancelling after 50% program completion

Payment plan agreements cannot be cancelled to avoid payment for services already rendered.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we will work with clients to reschedule sessions or programs. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Coach-Initiated Cancellations

If the coach needs to cancel a session, clients will receive:

  • Immediate notification
  • Priority rescheduling
  • Option for full refund of that session if rescheduling is not possible

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first coaching session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the session. This guarantee applies once per client and only to the first session.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Administrative fees are non-refundable.

To request a refund or cancel services, please:

  2. Include your name, program details, and reason for cancellation
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review and response
