Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Atchison Business Solutions, Corp ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Atchison Business Solutions provides professional business coaching services, including but not limited to:

• Business Owners Coaching for Founders and Startups
• Strategic Leadership Programs for Business and Corporate Leaders
• Keynote Speaking Engagements
• Strategic Planning and Consulting

All services are provided virtually via Zoom or in-person as agreed upon in the coaching agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Complete agreed-upon action items between sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials provided
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your coaching agreement. We accept:

• Full payment in advance
• Customized payment plans (subject to approval)

Late payments may result in suspension of services. A late fee of 5% may be applied to payments more than 15 days overdue.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is imminent danger to self or others. The coach maintains confidentiality in accordance with ICF (International Coaching Federation) ethical guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are designed to facilitate professional and business development. The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advice. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of Atchison Business Solutions, Corp. Clients may use these materials for personal business development but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be handled according to our Refund Policy. The coach reserves the right to terminate the relationship if the client is not adhering to these terms or if the coaching relationship is no longer beneficial.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
